Award Certificate

Here it is, proof that The Olive Tree won the Best Complementary Therapy Centre Award 2017. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took time to vote for me and my business. Olive Tree is something I am very proud of as when I started it in 2009 my clientele consisted of a few neighbours and family.  Now, I have many many loyal clients and friends who continually support Olive Tree and me. Over the last 8 years I feel that Olive Tree has grown and matured into a holistic business treating a huge variety of people from just an eyebrow tidy to a full reflexology session to help with irritable bowel syndrome. Each day is different with new people and treatments to carry out, which continues to make every day fun and exciting. Working from home has enabled me to manage my own health (Crohn’s disease, won’t bore you with the nitty gritty details) and raise a family around a husband who works shifts as a fireman, no easy task but one I enjoy. Brackley as a community has supported me and keeps me busy as no longer do I advertise anywhere other than Facebook as the majority of my appointments are filled with recommendations from existing clients. Therefore I am extremely proud of The Olive Tree and myself and outstanded that YOU would vote for me.

An amazing well done to all !!!

Last year Sammie Goddard got through to the finalists with her business The Wonder Kitchen and her amazing cupcakes, if it hadn’t been for her post I would never have heard about the awards, so big shout out to Sam !! Ps check out these cupcakes !! www.thewonderkitchen.co.uk

Sadly I couldn’t attend the awards myself but in to the breach jumped Lucie, who very kindly took my place and represented Olive Tree.  Lucie did me proud and I am so grateful to her for stepping out of her comfort zone and stepping in for me. Currently Lucie is writing her own blog on her health, life and experiences read more about her and Norman here – https://www.facebook.com/luciesblogg/posts/1051072511694186?pnref=story

If you didn’t already know Lucie makes the best cookies and millionaires shortbread, bar none !!! She is often baking and selling in aid of charity so if you are in Brackley be sure to keep an eye on BGG ( not for the dog poo, helicopters or rash advice lol) but for when she’s next baking.

Here is Lucie meeting Anna Lou Deardon the editor of The Muddy Stilettos Awards, who I would like to Thank for putting on a great event.

And here is Lucie with James Butler form Brackley Wines and Val Pendleton from The Right Angle Gallery, thanks James for driving to the awards.
